Welcome to Light Chasing Photo Tours! We're thrilled to have you join us on this exciting journey of creativity and learning. Before proceeding, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Workshop Details: By signing up for this workshop, you agree to participate in the Kauai, Hawaii Photography Workshop, scheduled to take place April 25-30, 2025 Kapaa,HI. You understand that this workshop will involve outdoor photography sessions.

• Payment: A 50% deposit is due at the time of registration. Your enrollment will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment. The workshop will need to be paid in full 90 days prior to the workshop start date. Refunds are not available after the 90-day mark unless we can find another person to fill your spot.

• Cancellation Policy: The workshop must be paid in full 90 days prior to the day the workshop starts. Client cancellations prior to 90 days before the workshop will be eligible for a full refund or transfer of funds paid to another workshop.

• Refunds are not available after the 90 day mark unless we can find another person to fill your spot.We reserve the right to cancel the workshop if minimum participants are not met or in the event of an emergency. If a cancellation does occur, participants may either use the fee towards a future workshop or receive a full refund. We are not responsible for travel expenses and therefore we strongly recommend travel insurance to cover such costs.

• Attendance: You agree to arrive on time for all workshop sessions and to participate actively throughout the duration of the workshop.Equipment and Materials: You are responsible for bringing your own photography equipment, including but not limited to cameras, lenses, tripods, and memory cards. A detailed list of recommended equipment will be provided prior to the workshop.

• Liability Waiver: While every effort will be made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, you acknowledge that outdoor photography activities carry inherent risks. By participating in this workshop, you agree to release Light Chasing Photo Tours, Joe Garza Photography LLC, and Nick Selway Photography Gallery LLC, and any affiliated instructors or organizations from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to equipment.

• Code of Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the workshop, adhering to any rules or guidelines provided by the instructor.
